Job description

Are you passionate about providing first-class customer service and looking for flexible temporary work? We are currently recruiting Temporary Receptionists for a number of clients across Altrincham and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for short-term work while searching for a permanent position, need flexibility around your existing commitments, or want to gain valuable experience with a variety of businesses, we'd love to hear from you.

We work with a wide range of employers, from local businesses to established corporate organisations, giving you the opportunity to build your Reception, Front of House, Customer Service and Administration experience.

What will you be doing as a Temporary Receptionist?

Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Dealing with general enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Managing the reception area and ensuring visitors are looked after
Supporting with general administration where required
Liaising with colleagues and departments to ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently
Creating a welcoming and professional first impression for the business

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous Reception, Front of House, Customer Service or Administration experience is preferred
A genuine passion for providing first-class customer service
Professional and presentable when working in a client-facing environment
Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
Confident dealing with a wide range of people
Friendly, approachable and welcoming
Well organised with good attention to detail
Reliable and adaptable, with the ability to settle quickly into new environments
Good IT skills and comfortable learning new systems
