My client is a well-established firm dedicated to providing outstanding services to its clients in its core sectors. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team based in Altrincham.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Customer Service skills, ideally from a Call Centre or Sales background.

Job Description for Customer Service Advisor

Follow up with all enquiries
Answer all emails from clients
Assist clients on the phone
Take detailed information with regards to cases
Ensure that the customer journey is as smooth and efficient as possible
Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times

Job Skills required for Customer Service Advisor

Previous Customer Service experience is essential
Highly organised
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
