Do you have excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to succeed in an administrative role? At the Immunology and Allergy department and Bronchoscopy Department, we are looking for a friendly, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide comprehensive administration service and clerical support and be a part of our team at St James Hospital.
You will be joining our supportive and positive team that combines of administration staff, secretaries, doctors and nurses. Why you should join our Team The successful candidate will be within the Immunology and Allergy team to facilitate the smooth and efficient delivery of the patient administration pathway from referral and throughout the outpatient and inpatient process.
You will be providing an efficient, effective and accurate administrative duty to support the delivery of high standard and cost effective treatment of patients. The responsibilities of this role include reception duties, making outpatient appointments, clinic preparation, pre-admitting patients for procedures, dealing with patient enquiries and other healthcare professionals and filing of results.
