Turning Point is a leading Social Enterprise which supports people with a wide range of complex needs across Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Substance Use and Public Health. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator working within our Wakefield Talking Therapies.

Our NHS Talking Therapies service supports people experiencing anxiety and depression, providing timely access to evidence-based psychological therapies that help people improve their wellbeing, build resilience and move forward in their lives. Please note that this role is a 12month FTC. Supervise and support the smooth running of own specific area in keeping with regulations and Turning Points policies and practices in order to provide efficient and high-quality service.

Provide a comprehensive administration service by working closely with the wider Management Team and where appropriate, other colleagues . Liaise with service users and stakeholders to facilitate appointments, pathway progression, and effective communication throughout the patient journey.

We're looking for a candidate with administration experience. Experience as a Senior Administrator is desired but not essential.

A confident communicator who can prioritise a varied workload and provide wide-ranging administrative support and its vital that youre able to achieve this without losing your methodical attention to detail. It would be an essential to have knowledge and experience of Word, Excel and other Microsoft systems and you will be trained on our data systems.

To be considered for this role you will need to have: Experience of working in an administrative and customer-focused role within a health and social care, NHS, or similar service environment. Have experience within a fast paced, demand led environment Ability to support a diverse community without prejudice and demonstrate empathy Ability to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service and provide a high-quality client experience Experience using databases to input personal and sensitive information and Microsoft Office 365 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to coordinate across teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and support service delivery in a busy administrative environment.

Wakefield Talking Therapies operates Monday to Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday 8am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. The successful candidate would be required to be flexible and work on a shift rota basis to meet the needs of the service.

Although, time management, organisational, IT skills are just as important as your communication and people skills. Dynamic and driven, youre someone with a naturally positive disposition and will fit in well in our team.
