Practice Plus Group are looking for a Bank Receptionist at our Warwickshire service to prepare and open a centre for patients, doctors and nurses arrival and ensure patients are seen in a professional manner following the guidelines issued by Practice Plus Group. Our OOH service is open from 18.

30-08. 00 Monday to Friday and 24 hours over the weekend.

We can offer a range of sessions to allow you to flexibly choose the right shift pattern for you. Our Warwickshire OOH service is spread across the county with sites in; Nuneaton, Coventry, Rugby, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Shipston-on-Stour.

Your responsibilities will include: Greeting patients warmly and registering them efficiently Managing telephone enquiries, bookings and patient queries Supporting clinical teams by coordinating patient flow Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records Ensuring the reception area is calm, tidy and professional Adapting quickly to changing demands during busy periods Every shift brings a new set of challenges, and your flexibility will help us meet them with confidence.
