Join Conexus Healthcare as a Business Support Coordinator and play a key role in helping our services run smoothly and effectively. This is a rewarding and varied role where you'll provide high-quality business support across one of our support service functions, while coordinating and supervising a team of Business Support Officers.

You'll work closely with managers, colleagues, Primary Care Networks, GP practices, and other stakeholders across the healthcare system, helping to ensure services are delivered efficiently and professionally. As a Business Support Coordinator, you'll oversee administrative processes, coordinate workloads, support the development of team members, manage enquiries, produce reports and documentation, and help identify opportunities for service improvement.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in business support, administration, or coordination roles Confident managing competing priorities and coordinating workloads Comfortable providing guidance and support to colleagues and team members Experienced in producing high-quality reports, meeting documentation, and communications Skilled in Microsoft Office and digital systems A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills Proactive, organised, and solution-focused Professional, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality services Able to work flexibly across teams and services when required Job Purpose The role holder will provide a business support function to a specific part of the support services team (PCN and GP support) and will directly supervise a team of business support officers, also providing cover across other functions when required.

The role holder will be required to organise their own workload following regular weekly activities alongside tasks which require more planning and prioritising, and which may involve an element of project work and/or coordinating activities involving a number of people. The role holder will be expected to spend a significant element of the role in providing tailored advice, guidance and support to service users, interpreting written information and using their judgement to work out appropriate solutions to issues encountered.
