Credit Controller
Location: Portsmouth Salary: £26,500-£30,(Apply online only) DOE + 5% quarterly bonus Company: Carrington West Working: Full-time Hybrid working after probation
Looking to build your career in finance?
Carrington West is looking for a motivated and organised Credit Controller to join our friendly finance team in Portsmouth.
Whether you have previous Credit Control experience or are looking to take your first step into finance, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:
Managing customer accounts and chasing outstanding payments via phone and email.
Building positive relationships with clients.
Resolving invoice queries and negotiating payment plans.
Processing and reconciling payments accurately.
Supporting the team in achieving monthly collection targets.
Keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
What we're looking for:
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
Organised, proactive and great attention to detail.
Comfortable working with numbers and meeting deadlines.
GCSE Maths and English (essential).
Excel skills (desirable).
No previous Credit Control experience required!
