Job description
The Role:
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of our security services, assisting with scheduling, administration, client communication and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities
Support the Operations team with daily administrative duties
Assist with scheduling officers, mobile patrols and shift coverage
Liaise with clients, staff and subcontractors professionally and efficiently
Monitor and respond to emails, telephone calls and operational enquiries
Prepare and issue reports, incident logs and client documentation
Support with staff onboarding, compliance checks and record keeping
Assist in maintaining accurate operational records and databases
Help coordinate response to client requests and support service delivery
Provide general office and administrative support to the management team
Support the wider team in ensuring service standards and client expectations are met
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure
Proactive, dependable and solutions-focused
Professional with a strong customer service mindset
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office systems
Previous administration or operations experience preferred
Experience within the security sector is advantageous but not essential
