Service Advisor

Location: Waltham Cross

Salary: 31,200 + Excellent Benefits

Working hours: Monday to Friday shifts between 6am-3pm / 7am-6pm, every other Saturday 8am-12pm

Are you a customer focused professional who enjoys delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships? We are recruiting on behalf of a well established organisation for a Service Advisor to join their busy and friendly team in Waltham Cross.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless service experience, managing enquiries from initial contact through to completion while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and act as the main point of contact for all service related enquiries.
Book appointments and efficiently manage schedules using the company's service management system.
Liaise between customers and technicians, communicating recommendations, estimated costs, and timescales.
Obtain customer approval before any additional work is carried out.
Keep customers informed throughout the service process, providing regular updates on progress and completion times.
Ensure all customer records, service history, and communications are accurately maintained.
Complete all associated paperwork and administration with a high level of accuracy.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive outcome wherever possible.

Previous experience in a customer service, service advisor, or administrative role would be advantageous.
