1st Line IT Support / Helpdesk Analyst

The Role

We are looking for an IT Service Desk / 1st Line Support Analyst to join the team on a temporary basis, with the potential to becoming a permanent

You will be the first point of contact for a range of IT-related queries, providing friendly and effective technical support to users across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous 1st line or service desk experience who is looking to build on their technical skills within an established IT environment.

Key Requirements

Previous experience in a 1st Line Support, Service Desk or IT Support

You will ideally have experience supporting users with:

We're open to candidates with varying levels of experience, so if you have a solid grounding in 1st line IT support and a good customer-service approach, we'd be keen to hear from you.

We're also open to graduates with a relevant IT degree or qualifications looking to start their career in IT support.

What's on Offer?

You must be available immediately or on short notice to take on a temporary to permanent role

Be able to commute near to the Uxbridge area easily and ideally be a car driver as public transport is limited to the location
