Location: Near Stratford-upon-Avon (Office-based, free on-site parking) Pay Rate: £16.00 £20.00 per hour (Dependent on experience) Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview

Urgent 2-month interim cover role.
Pay range of £16 £20 hourly.
Hit the ground running immediately.
Accessible location outside Stratford town centre.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment and fast-track onboarding.
Advise managers on employee queries.
Manage day-to-day HR administration efficiently.
Handle initial stages of employee relations.
Maintain accurate, compliant staff records.

What We Are Looking For

Immediate availability for work.
Strong HR Coordinator/Advisor experience.
Ability to work completely unsupervised.
Excellent UK employment law knowledge.
Confidence using digital HR software.
