Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an Administrator on a full-time ongoing temporary basis

Job Role:

Managing and progressing orders
Reviewing documentation, identifying missing or incorrect information and taking appropriate action
Processing and checking information accurately in line with internal procedures and deadlines
Managing shared mailboxes and responding to queries from customers and external partners
Proactively chasing outstanding documentation to prevent unnecessary delays
Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve queries
Investigating system errors and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues
Maintaining accurate system records, trackers and error logs
Producing and updating daily reports using Excel
Identifying potential delays or issues and escalating these where appropriate
Supporting colleagues with wider team responsibilities
Ensuring administration is completed accurately and within agreed service levels

Skills and experience:

Previous operations, administration or customer service experience
Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisational and time-management skills
The ability to confidently manage multiple priorities
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving problems
The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
