We are recruiting a Administrator role for a small, friendly and growing block management company based in the Five Ways area of Birmingham, They are looking for a confident and organised individual to join their close-knit team.

Role and Responsibilities
Ensure the follow up existing leads and stimulate new opportunities through effective calling techniques
Generate appointments with existing contacts within the company database and discover new, extended contacts to target for visits
Support the Telesales team with contact to lost /lapsed customers
Direct prospects/leads to the field sales team
Enter, update & maintain new customer information in the CRM system
Proactively manage leads derived from digital marketing activity
Support and drive the development of national & key accounts
Identify opportunity for growth within specific sectors by understanding of competitors
Work with Sales support team to ensure customers receive quotes and information in a timely manner
Input into marketing campaigns and put prospecting plans in place
Ensure all activity are entered and managed within the CRM system
Diary management for appointment setting with sales colleagues
Requirements
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating over the phone and by email
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
A good team player who enjoys working closely with others
Proactive and willing to take ownership of your workload
Professional, approachable and friendly
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
Someone who enjoys working in a smaller business where you can really make an impact
