Temporary Receptionist - Belfast

Task Recruitment is currently seeking friendly and professional Receptionists to provide holiday cover for our client located Airport Road Belfast.

Dates:

14 September, 28 September, Oct and November 26

Duties will include:

Greeting visitors and providing a professional first point of contact

Answering and directing telephone calls

Managing incoming and outgoing mail

Handling general administrative duties

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Must have:

Have previous reception experience

Possess excellent communication and customer service skills

Have a professional and friendly manner

Be reliable, punctual, and well-presented

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for short-term work or to gain experience within a professional office environment.

Other Information:

Hours of Work: 9.00-5.00 pm

Rate of Pay: £12.71 - £14.24 ph
