Job description
Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Telesales Advisor on behalf of our valued client. This Telesales Advisor opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Telesales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:
Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular contact
Identifying customer needs and promoting suitable products and services
Managing customer enquiries and providing accurate information
Maintaining accurate records, systems and documentation within the CRM database
Following up quotations and converting leads into sales opportunities
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times
About You:
Experience within a telesales, sales, customer service or business support role desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/Database systems
Resilient, target-driven and motivated by success
Proactive, team-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
