Job description

Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator

Location: Outskirts of Royston

Salary: £26,000-£30,000

Working Pattern: Full-time 8:00-4:30pm (Office Based)

A well-established organisation is seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Customer Resolutions Coordinator to join its technical team. This role plays a key part in managing customer queries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Investigate and resolve issues efficiently, liaising with internal teams where required
Provide clear and accurate updates to customers
Offer product and technical support to customers experiencing issues
Work closely with processing, bookings, and field teams to ensure seamless problem resolution
Ensure all communication reflects a high standard of customer care and professionalism

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service, complaints handling, or technical support role
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and take initiative
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident telephone manner with the ability to handle challenging conversations
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A positive, and customer-focused approach
