This French or Spanish Speaking Administrator role in Poole is all about keeping things organised and running smoothly in the transport and distribution industry. You'll handle a mix of admin tasks, ensuring everything is in place to support the business effectively.

Client Details

Our client is based in Poole and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the team is looking for additional support.

Description

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate effectively in French or Spanish, both written and verbal.
Maintain accurate records and organise documentation efficiently.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings or activities.
Handle correspondence and respond to queries promptly.
Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines.
Prepare reports and summaries as required.

Profile

A successful French or Spanish Speaking Administrator should have:

Fluency in French or Spanish, alongside strong English communication skills.
Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency with standard office software and tools.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £26,000 - £28,000 , dependent on the level of experience.
