You will be working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Your role involves answering calls, taking messages, warmly welcoming visitors, maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments, communicating with residents, families, staff and visiting professionals, keeping files up to date and supporting audits, attending meetings and taking minutes to support team development.
