Support day-to-day administrative functions across patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service Assist with booking follow-up appointments and maintaining accurate RTT status Prepare clinic notes, collect and track patient records using EPR systems Manage patient correspondence, including filing, post distribution, and document handling Respond to patient, staff, and stakeholder enquiries in a professional and timely manner Support Patient Pathway Administrators and provide cover during periods of absence or increased demand Ensure accurate data entry and maintain high standards of data quality and confidentiality Assist with clinic processes, including checking patients in/out and capturing activity data These duties ensure efficient patient flow, accurate record management, and consistent administrative support to clinical teams.
