Exciting opportunity has arisen in the Early Intervention in Psychosis Service Administration Team (EIP) Calling all organised and motivated individuals! The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Administrator to join their friendly service which is office based at Eastern Coastal Area Offices.

This role offers you the chance to be part of a supportive team providing crucial support to a dedicated clinical team. You'll work alongside supporting the Team Manager and Team Lead as well as providing Administrative support to the team clinicians and Duty Team.

Who You Are: A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a forward-thinking approach. Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptionally organised with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong IT skills.

The successful applicant must exhibit empathy and compassion, have a professional and flexible attitude, work well as part of a Team, have initiative, good communication, and interpersonal skills, can prioritize workloads, deal with challenging situations and can work under pressure at times to agreed timescales. An effective approach is required to ensure an efficient and high standard of service to our patients.

Supporting the team to action work requests via the Early Intervention Team and At Risk Mental State Service (ARMS) generic inbox, including the processing of referrals on the patient administration system (RiO) Having contact with patients, carers, relatives, and other external stakeholders. Using the patient record system RIO ( training provided ). Taking and screening phone calls and managing the mailboxes.

Ordering of stationery and other items as required via our SBS system ( training provided ). What You'll Do: Be the friendly voice answering phones and responding to enquiries.

Prepare and meticulously maintain clinical records and correspondence. Assist clinical staff with administrative tasks.

Support the Early Intervention Service and the At Risk Mental State Service with Administrative duties when capacity allows. Please refer to the attached job description for the full details on the responsibilities and person specification
