We are seeking a part time Administrator to join the team! Based within the Oxfordshire Early Intervention Service (OEIS) office, the post holder will undertake a range of day to day administrative duties including managing records, processing referrals, coordinating meetings, maintaining electronic systems, and supporting communication across the team.

Be responsible for providing an efficient administrative/secretarial service to the OEIS team Be a contact and channel of communication between users of the service and the team, maintaining a professional but sympathetic manner. Taking minutes of meetings.
Deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information from the clinical team using initiative to direct appropriately. Provide reception cover Provide ad hoc, flexible, and focussed admin support to the team as required, ensuring that the office is stocked with relevant forms and stationery to ensure a smooth-running office.
