We are seeking an exceptional Senior Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department while maintaining excellent standards of customer service and professionalism. Working closely with colleagues, managers, and key stakeholders, you will contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload.

Providing admin support to the team and medics. Organising clinics, appointments, inputting onto SystmOne, general tasks, liaising with clients, carers.
Reception cover. A high level of organisational an interpersonal skill required.

Experience of using software including Microsoft Word / excel would be advantageous as would the use of SystmONe. Supervision and guidance for less experienced staff will also be expected.
