We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, conscientious and flexible Band 3 Clinical Support Team Administrator to support our Autism Intensive Support Team (AIS) . This role will involve a range of administration duties to meet the needs of our clinical teams and service users.

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate experience at advanced level in a range of administrative tasks and systems, with a dedication to confidentiality. Effective team work skills and a commitment to the provision of a positive service user experience across an the Service is essential.

Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided. The role will include call handling, face to face liaison with service users and colleagues alike, data entry, typing, minute taking, filing and other general administrative office duties.

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
