Join Our Front Desk Team as a Care Coordinator As the first point of contact for our patients, youll be the friendly face and reassuring voice they rely on. Youll be at the heart of our practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly by: Welcoming patients with warmth and assisting them in person or over the phone Handling reception and administrative duties with ease and professionalism Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide seamless care Managing patient appointments and directing them to the appropriate services Offering exceptional customer service with a positive, problem-solving mindset This role is perfect for someone who loves helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a dynamic team!
To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information and assisting patients as required.

To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers. Flexibility to work across sites is essential.
