They are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their young, energetic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and being at the centre of a busy operation. The Role As a Sales Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring orders are processed smoothly and customers receive an exceptional level of service from enquiry through to delivery. Key Responsibilities - Processing customer orders from start to finish - Liaising with sales, purchasing, warehouse and transport teams - Organising deliveries and customer logistics - Keeping customers updated on order progress and delivery schedules - Processing orders using Sage 200 across relevant modules - Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and transport partners - Resolving queries and providing solutions efficiently - Delivering consistently high levels of customer service About You We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with people. You'll Ideally Have: - At least 3 years' experience within Sales Administration, Customer Service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively - A positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills - The ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Experience with Sage 200 would be advantageous, although not essential What's On Offer? - Salary of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience - 23 days holiday plus bank holidays - Contributory pension scheme - Staff discount scheme - Free onsite parking - A supportive and collaborative working environment - The opportunity to join a genuinely great employer that values its people - Long-term career stability and development opportunities Interested?
