Operations Specialist (Service Delivery) Location: Fully RemoteContract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)Salary: £28,000 per annum + company bonus scheme The Opportunity An established UK-based compliance and professional services organisation is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join its Service Delivery team. This role plays a key part in coordinating appointments, supporting field-based auditors and inspectors, liaising with customers, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly. Working within a structured and supportive environment, you'll be responsible for maintaining high service standards while managing a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administration, scheduling, customer service or operations support who enjoys working in a process-driven environment and wants to build a long-term career within operations.
