CRM Marketing Specialist (Salesforce Cloud) London / WFH to £45k

Are you a hands-on CRM Marketing Specialist who enjoys combining data, technology and creative customer engagement?

You could be progressing your career at a growing Digital Wealth Management scale-up that offers a range of investment services to the public via their advanced technology platform which makes smart investing easier and accessible to all.

As a CRM Marketing Specialist you'll take ownership of the multi-channel CRM strategy. You'll manage campaigns and automations across email, push notifications and in-app messaging, helping to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and value.

This is a highly data driven and autonomous role, where you'll work closely with Product, Data, Marketing and Pension teams to turn business requirements into effective CRM campaigns and personalised customer journeys.

Location / WFH:

You'll join the team in the London office with flexibility to work from home twice a week.

About you:

You have strong CRM marketing / marketing automation experience
You have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
You have SQL and data segmentation skills
You have experience across email, push and / or in-app communications
You're highly analytical, detail oriented and comfortable working autonomously
You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
You're naturally curious about technology, automation and AI, with the confidence to learn new platforms independently
Financial Services or FinTech experience is desirable but not essential
