Job description

We're working with a leading global law firm on an exciting opportunity for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join its global BD team, supporting the Project Development & Finance practice.

This is a hands-on and proactive role, working closely with partners, lawyers and wider business teams to deliver strategic BD initiatives, identify market opportunities and support revenue generation.

The Role

Support the implementation of BD and marketing plans aligned with wider firm strategy.
Work with partners and stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Provide tailored input into pitches, capability statements and client development initiatives.
Monitor market trends, clients, prospects and competitors to identify opportunities.
Support client events, marketing communications, thought leadership and awards/directory submissions.
Develop strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders across the business.
Contribute to strategically important BD projects and wider team initiatives.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Professional services BD experience, ideally within a law firm.
Strong interest in Energy
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the legal market.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with partners.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
