Job description
Atkinson Moss is delighted to supporting a high growth business in their search for a Credit Controller. Working as part of a talented and supportive team, the Credit Controller will be responsible for the following duties:
Ownership of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
Resolving customer queries via telephone and email
Liaising customers to secure payment and resolve outstanding balances
Monitoring aged debt reports and escalating high-risk accounts
Reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies
Credit checks and supporting credit risk assessments
Supporting month-end and year-end finance processes
