Job description

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable commercial dealership located in Exeter. The Customer Service Advisor role offers a stable and supportive setting, ideal for those with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer care and possessing a good understanding of the automotive sector.

Competitive salary of up to 30,000, with an OTE of 32,000
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
One in three Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Duties of the Service Advisor:

Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
Managing customer inquiries and appointment scheduling efficiently
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks
Supporting aftersales services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Ensuring seamless communication between customers and the dealership

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Advisor within the automotive industry preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy dealership environment
Stable employment history with a professional approach
Genuine passion for the motor trade and customer care
Strong ability to build rapport and deliver tailored customer solutions
