You'll bring:

CIPD qualification to Level 3 or above, or equivalent work experience and knowledge
Good understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
Understanding of data protection and confidentiality requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Office and business systems
Awareness of UK employment law and HR best practice with a willingness and ability to develop knowledge in this area
A strong focus on quality and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
Confidence producing work independently while remaining a collaborative team player
Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
Previous consultancy experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Reality HR is a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly, so you'll need to be adaptable, organised and comfortable managing a varied workload. In return, you'll be supported by an experienced team who genuinely care about one another and work together to achieve great outcomes for our clients.

Whether you're looking to build a long-term career as an HR Coordinator or develop towards becoming an HR Advisor or Consultant in the future, we'll support you to achieve your own professional goals. Progression opportunities are available for those who want them, but they're never an expectation.
