Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Nottingham City Centre 12.75 per hour Full-Time Includes Weekend Working on a Rotational Basis Immediate Start Available

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive team in Nottingham on a temporary basis, with immediate starts available.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable customer service experience within a professional contact centre environment, where you will receive full training and ongoing support from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound calls
Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience
Taking accurate messages and recording important information
Ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and effectively
Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
Working as part of a supportive team to maintain excellent service standards

Candidate Requirements:

Previous customer service or call handling experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A professional and confident telephone manner
Strong attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high standards
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
