Sales Coordinator

Location: Wetherby Area Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Benefits: 22 days annual leave including 8 bank holidays, car parking, company pension and social events

About the Role

We are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for this fantastic Sales Coordinator opportunity with a highly successful and innovative business. Based in modern offices, this role is ideal for a proactive and self-motivated individual who enjoys taking ownership and working collaboratively within a busy team.

This is a varied role covering sales administration, CRM support, customer enquiries and sample management, working closely with the sales team to ensure they have the information and support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
Assist with customer enquiries and requests.
Prepare and coordinate sales documents, information and presentations.
Help ensure enquiries are directed to the appropriate salesperson.
Support the team with general sales administration as required.
Maintain accurate customer and contact information within the CRM.
Add and update new enquiries and customer information.
Help keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
Coordinate sample requests from customers and the sales team.
Prepare, package and arrange the dispatch of samples.
Maintain sample records and stock levels.
Coordinate couriers and deliveries where required.
Keep customers and the sales team updated on sample requests.

About you:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and willing to get learn and develop.
A confident and friendly communicator.
Comfortable managing multiple day-to-day tasks.
Confident using systems and technology.
Able to work well as part of a busy team and work independently.
Experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service or a coordination role would be beneficial.
Experience using a CRM or similar system would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
