Customer Service Administrator

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

£28,000 £31,000 DOE

Full-time, permanent 40 hours per week Office-based

Our client, a growing business within the commercial and construction sector, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Cheltenham team.

What we're looking for:

2 5 years' experience in customer service, sales support or commercial administration
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Experience handling customer enquiries, orders or administrative tasks
Good IT skills and an interest in AI tools and new technology
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach

What you'll be doing:

Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels
Processing orders, handling payments and tracking deliveries
Liaising with warehouse teams, suppliers and couriers
Resolving customer queries, complaints, returns and product damages
Keeping customers updated and maintaining accurate records
Using AI tools and modern software to improve efficiency and customer service
