Are you an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or Junior HR Advisor looking for a role where you can develop your skills, gain exposure to employee relations and build a long-term career in HR?
We're working with a growing HR consultancy supporting SMEs and business owners with practical, commercially focused HR advice. They're looking for an HR Coordinator / HR Advisor to join their team and work closely with experienced HR consultants and the business owner.
The Role
You'll support a range of clients across the full employee lifecycle, with the opportunity to develop beyond traditional HR administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
As your experience develops, you'll gain increasing exposure to HR advisory, employee relations, employment law and client-facing work.
