Job description
Part-Time Sales & Reception Administrator
We re looking for a friendly, organised Sales & Reception Administrator to join a busy team on a part-time basis until the end of December.
This is a varied role, combining reception, customer service, sales administration and general office support, so no two days are necessarily the same.
What you ll be doing:
About you:
We re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and organised, with a good telephone manner and the ability to deal confidently with customers and visitors.
You ll need to be comfortable working as part of a team, but also happy to use your own initiative and get on with things independently.
Good English, maths and ICT skills are important, along with a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Hours & Salary
This is expected to be a part-time position, working approximately 10am 2pm, although the hours are negotiable for the right person.
There may also be opportunities for additional hours when required, particularly to provide holiday or event cover.
