Health & Social Care Temporary Staffing

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer to become the third member of our busy Health and Social Care temporary staffing division.

This is a varied, fast-paced role that would suit someone with previous recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer service experience who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and keeping everything running smoothly.

The role will include:

Filling temporary staffing shifts quickly and efficiently
Sourcing and registering new candidates
Tracking candidates throughout the recruitment and compliance process
Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
Providing excellent customer care
Generating new business leads and identifying opportunities
Maintaining accurate candidate and client records
Supporting the wider temporary staffing team
Participating in the weekend on-call rota on a 1-in-3 basis

You will be:

Confident speaking with candidates and clients by telephone
Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working at pace and responding to changing staffing needs
Proactive, resilient and commercially aware
A strong communicator with a natural ability to build relationships
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a close-knit team
Experienced in recruitment, sales, resourcing or a customer-focused environment

Experience within health and social care recruitment would be advantageous, but it is not essential for the right person with the right attitude and transferable skills.

Working arrangements

Monday to Thursday: office-based
Friday: working from home
Participation in a 1-in-3 weekend on-call rota
Supportive, friendly and fast-moving team environment

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and become an important part of a successful temporary staffing division. If you are energetic, organised, confident with people and enjoy a role where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you.

Please apply with your CV and a brief explanation of why you would be a good fit for the role.
