Job description

Marketing Coordinator 16.00ph to 18.00ph (depending on experience) Part Time (28 to 30 hours per week) Temporary 6 Month Assignment (potential to lead to permanent) Devizes, Wiltshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established company based in Devizes. Working alongside the Marketing & New Business Manager, you will play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly, from managing event logistics to coordinating artwork and promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating trade shows and exhibitions
Arranging travel, accommodation, and event logistics
Processing purchase orders and managing invoice approvals
Liaising with suppliers, customers, and exhibition organisers
Completing exhibition documentation, including risk assessments
Coordinating uniform ordering and distribution
Supporting freight forwarding and shipment activities
Managing marketing merchandise and stock levels
Assisting with the creation of promotional materials and artwork
Maintaining departmental records and documentation

Skills & Experience:

Previous marketing, events management, or project support experience
Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
High attention to detail

Hours of work are approximately 28 to 30 hours per week (working pattern negotiable for the right candidate), and there is free on-site parking for staff.

The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team where you will receive excellent support, with the potential for this temporary assignment to lead to a permanent role.
