Receptionist / Administrator

Colwick Industrial Estate, Nottingham 26,000 Pro Rata 3-Month Temporary Contract Monday-Friday Immediate Start

Immediate start available for a professional Receptionist / Administrator to join a busy Nottingham-based business In Colwick Ind Estate, on a 3-month temporary contract.

This is a varied front-of-house and administration role, ideal for someone with a strong general administration background who is confident welcoming visitors, supporting the office and keeping day-to-day reception activities running smoothly.

The Role

Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact
Manage reception duties and incoming calls
Set up meeting rooms, including preparing refreshments and general meeting requirements
Support with scanning, photocopying, filing and other general administration
Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Provide day-to-day support to the wider office team
Keep reception and meeting areas organised and presentable

The Person

Previous administration experience is essential
Reception or front-of-house experience is advantageous
Professional, friendly and confident when dealing with visitors and colleagues
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable handling a variety of general office administration
Good communication and IT skills
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Available for an immediate start
