Job description
The Results People are looking for Customer services advisors for our well-known client based in Smethwick.
Location: Smethwick Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week Pay: £12.71 per hour initially, increasing to £13.27 per hour after 12 weeks Overtime: After 12 weeks, overtime may be available at £19.91 per hour
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy team in Smethwick.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with people, are confident communicating over the phone and by email, and have a strong customer-focused approach.
You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring queries are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Working Hours
The role is 37.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute unpaid break.
You will work 5 days out of 7, with the following operating hours:
