SERVICE ADVISOR Location: Cheltenham Salary: Basic & OTE £33,000 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Looking for a customer-focused role in a modern dealership? This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join a professional Automotive aftersales team. You'll act as the key link between customers, the workshop and the Parts Department, helping ensure every vehicle visit runs smoothly from booking through to collection.

ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone with: Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor Automotive or dealership experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong administration and time-management ability A proactive and flexible approach Good attention to detail The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Full UK Driving Licence
