Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to build a career within engineering and manufacturing? We are seeking an Engineering Administrator to join a growing Bristol-based business, providing vital support to the engineering team and helping ensure projects, documentation, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The Role:

Working closely with the Director of Engineering, Engineering Managers and project teams
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of engineering activities.
Provide administrative support to the Director of Engineering and wider Engineering team
Maintain engineering records, asset documentation, project files and controlled documents
Administer engineering procedures, work instructions, forms and document control systems
Support the management of third-party inspection programmes and associated compliance records
Obtain quotations, arrange equipment hire and coordinate travel and accommodation requirements
Coordinate engineering training requests, medical appointments and recruitment administration

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within a technical, engineering or operational environment.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with business systems and databases
