Job description

Sales Administrator Location: Medway Salary: 27,000 Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time, on-site About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join our client's team in Medway on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to support the smooth running of sales operations for a range of well-known customers, working as part of a small, productive and commercially-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including raising customer orders, setting up products for online customers, and preparing for meetings.
Support new product development and launches, ensuring timely and accurate communication across supporting departments.
Help manage products, ensuring deadlines times are met and stock levels are up-to-date.
Maintain accurate pricing and customer data across internal systems.
Coordinate samples through relevant internal processes.
Support the wider team in responding to ad hoc customer enquiries.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as organising travel, meeting preparation, and taking follow-up notes.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in an administration or coordination role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive, positive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Able to use initiative and take ownership of tasks.
