Job description

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join a growing Fire & Security company based in Coalville.

You will be responsible for coordinating engineers, scheduling reactive and planned maintenance works, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities -

Schedule engineers for reactive, PPM and installation works.
Manage engineer diaries and workloads.
Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and provide updates.
Prioritise emergency and reactive call-outs.
Monitor jobs against SLAs and KPIs.
Coordinate follow-on and remedial works.
Keep job records and systems up to date.
Work closely with engineers, customers and Service Managers.
Deal with scheduling issues and changes throughout the day.

Personal Requirements -

Previous experience in scheduling, planning or service coordination.
Experience coordinating field-based engineers preferred.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling/CRM systems.
Fire & Security, Engineering or FM experience would be advantageous.
