Job description

Sales Administrator - Christchurch - £14.88 per hour

You'll be the calm, dependable point of contact between customers and the wider team. Every order that comes through your inbox gets handled with care, from first check to final confirmation.

As a Sales Administrator, you will benefit from:

As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Receive and process customer orders accurately via email, telephone and online systems
Check orders against quotations, pricing and product availability before processing
Enter sales orders onto the company system, ensuring all details are correct
Liaise with customers to confirm order details and provide progress updates
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing and logistics teams to support order fulfilment
Monitor order progress and follow up on outstanding items and delivery dates

As a Sales Administrator, your experience will include:

Proven experience in a customer service, order processing or administrative role
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling order information
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Good IT skills, including experience using order processing, CRM or ERP systems
