Receptionist (2 weeks cover)

Coventry

Monday to Friday

9:00am to 5:30pm

Temporary

Must be available to start immediately and consistently support operations for the duration.

Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to be the vibrant face of their site in Coventry. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Manage incoming calls with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Responding to communications via email and phone.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, reflecting the organisation's high standards.
Assist with administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure visitor satisfaction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
