Graduate Administrator

Andover Temp to Perm Opportunity 12.71 per hour 35 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Administrator to join a growing business in Andover. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone with previous administrative experience who is looking to develop a career within eCommerce and digital operations.

Working closely with the wider team, you'll play a key role in ensuring online product information is accurate, up to date and presented effectively across a range of digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update product information across multiple online platforms.
Upload and amend product content.
Ensure stock levels, pricing and product details are accurate at all times.
Support the introduction of new products.
Monitor website and marketplace listings, flagging and correcting any inaccuracies.
Manage product records.
Assist with promotional updates, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Work with colleagues across different departments to obtain and verify product information.
Perform regular checks on online content to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain spreadsheets and databases.
Investigate listing issues and help resolve queries.
Support the wider eCommerce team with administrative duties.

About You

Graduate or candidate with previous administrative experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable managing large amounts of information.
Able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn new systems.
Positive team player with a professional approach.
