Job description

The Role: Temporary Construction Administrator Location: Hillington Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Contract: Full-time, Temporary Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour Start Date: Immediate Duration: 4-10 weeks with the possibility of extension.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Construction Administrator to join a well-established business based in Hillington. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with previous construction administration experience who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support to a busy team from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Updating and maintaining progress reports on live projects
Ordering PPE equipment in line with site requirements
Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Ensuring all health & safety documentation is up to date and compliant.
Providing general administrative support, including occasional minute taking

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience within a construction or similar environment
Familiarity with construction terminology and health & safety standards
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
