Location: Wolverhampton Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a Goods In Administrator to join a busy team based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the goods-in and goods-out process, ensuring stock and deliveries are accurately recorded and processed.
Key Responsibilities
Booking in goods and deliveries received into the site
Recording and processing incoming goods accurately
Booking out goods and ensuring outgoing items are correctly processed
Updating relevant systems and maintaining accurate records
Checking paperwork and delivery information
Liaising with warehouse and operational teams to ensure goods are processed efficiently
Supporting other areas of the warehouse/operation during quieter periods
Carrying out general administrative and operational duties as required
Following company procedures and maintaining a high level of accuracy at all times
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Organised and detail-oriented
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Confident using computer systems and completing administrative tasks
Able to work well as part of a team
Flexible and willing to support other areas when required
Previous experience in a goods-in, warehouse administration, logistics or similar role is essential.
