About the Role

An established national provider of specialist technical and infrastructure services is seeking a Project Administrator to join its growing team. Due to continued business growth and increased customer demand, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive administrator looking to join a new environment.

You will play a key role in managing project documentation required for projects by clients, ensuring compliance and full visibility of health & safety, schedules and design document demands throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project documentation across multiple live projects.
Support the production and maintenance of health & safety documentation.
Maintain project schedules, design documentation, and compliance records.
Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to obtain required information.
Track documentation progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
Provide general administrative support to the wider project team.
